    On February 3rd, 2026, Dr. Usman Anwar was appointed as the new DG FIA. He replaced Riffat Mukhtar Raja. So, the current DG FIA is Dr. Usman Anwar. Prior to this appointment, Usman Anwar served as IG of Punjab Police.

    update please, As of February 3, 2026, Dr. Usman Anwar (PSP) has been appointed as the new Director General (DG) of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Pakistan. He replaces the previous DG, Riffat Mukhtar Raja.
