Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani has declared Senator Dr Shahzad Waseem as Leader of the Opposition in the Upper House.
A notification has been issued in this regard.
Earlier, PTI leader, Dr Shahzad Waseem was Leader of the House in the Senate and after being voted out of the PTI government, he will now act as Leader of the Opposition.
