The Correct answer to this question is; the most senior member in the age of the members of Commission, according to Article 217 (Acting Commissioner).

As per Article 217 of the 1973 Constitution “the most senior member in age of the members of Commission” shall act as Commissioner.

This is incorrect. According to article 217 the most senior member in age of the members of commission shall act as the commissioner

As per Article 217 of the 1973 Constitution, the most senior member in the age of the members of Commission shall act as Commissioner. Therefore, kindly rectify the answer.
