Such as, in above question, you’ve mentioned “to what prophet”, here what is referring to interrogative adjectives and used with noun “prophet”, so here what is referring to general sense but you’ve already mentioned options in that case we should use which. Like “to which prophet” is referring to selective sense. That means you’ve have given choices and we have to any one of them.
