I think its Class Distinction as we often hear this “Zakat Tabqqati Nizaam ko khatam karti hai”

  When the affluent will follow the system of Zakat and they will give their Zakat to the poor poverty will come to an end and as a resultantly class distinction will be diminished. So Option A is correct
