Urdu is a combination of different languages. it is mostly inspired by Persian language. The word Urdu itself a not a Persian word, its a derived from the Turkic word ordu (army) or orda which means “Lashkar”. In national anthem of Pakistan, there is only one word in urdu, which is “Ka”. In national anthem of Pakistan there is no repetition of a single word or phrase.
Only one word of Pakistani National Anthem is in Urdu other all words are common but are used in persian poetry style….
Pak Sar Zameen “Ka” Nizam

Urdu is not a persian word but it is turkish… Asnwer is corrrct but explanation is misguiding ease coreect
