    1. Yes steel is more elastic than glass, rubber , sponge.steels young modulus is more which h determines the elastic nature.steel’s young modulus is 200 Giga Pascal’s while other’s is very less. The other materials stretchiness is more than steel’s.

  4. It is not your common elasticity, according to physics elasticity is resistance to change , and steel offer better resistance to change and comes back to normal shape

    1. Not resistence to change. Elasticity is body which undergoes a change by applying force but get back it original shape when force remove. But if steel deform by applying force, it ill not get back to orginal shape.
