Viruses are nor unicellular neither multicellular the are acellular organisms means without cell configuration. Actually they are only made up of nucleic acid and proteins. Viruses are acellular biological entities made up of nucleic acid and proteins. The nucleic acid is either DNA or RNA; both are never found together in a virus. Thus viruses are neither unicellular nor multicellular.
