NASA says that 40 countries have signed the Artemis Accords including the U.S., the U.K., Japan, Italy, Canada, and Brazil. On May 15, 2024, Lithuania became the most recent nation to sign the accords, NASA said in a statement.

As of May 16, 2024, the nations signed up to the Artemis Accords are as follows (in alphabetical order):
