It’s wrong. Twins in the novel are Sam and Eric who are often called Samneric in the novel.

Dear admin, kindly make a little change in the option by replacing Simon with Sam because Sam and Simon are two separate characters in the novel Lord of the Flies while Sam and Eric are the two brothers known as twins.
