the Returning Officer shall not accept a nomination paper unless a sum of thirty thousand rupees for election to a seat in the National Assembly and twenty thousand rupees for election to a seat in the Provincial Assembly is deposited by the candidate or by any person on his behalf
According to section 61 of election act 2017 Rs 30,000 for national assembly seat and Rs 20,000 for provisional seat must be deposited
This is 30 thousand for N.A and 20 for PA.
