The Given Answer is wrong.
Section 224 Clause (2) sadi that When the National Assembly or a Provincial Assembly is Dissolved, a general election to the assembly shall be held within a period of Ninety days after the dissolution
Acc to Chapter-VIII, Article 224, sub section (2), the time period is Ninety daus as mentioned in the said article.
90 Days, according to Art. 224 (2) Constitution
Wrong. Plz verify. It’s 90 days.
Please recheck it. I think it’s 90 days. 120 days is for the vacant seat of general assembly by any reason
Article 224 (2) of 1973 Constitution states: “When the National Assembly or Provincial Assembly is dissolved, a general election to the Assembly shall be held within a period of ninety days (90) after the dissolution….” Therefore, the correct answer is ’90 days’. Kindly correct the answer.
It’s 90 days
